Short version: we only collect what you type into one of our forms, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the web.

We only get information you choose to give us:

Newsletter signup: your email address.
Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
Book a Band form: your name, email, and anything you tell us about your event, plus your phone number, organization, date, and budget if you choose to share them.
Submit an Artist form: the artist's name, genre, and website, what you tell us about them, and your email address.

If you just read the site, we don't ask you for anything.

Brevo stores newsletter email addresses and sends the newsletter. If Brevo is ever unreachable when you sign up, your address is saved with Netlify instead so we can add it by hand.
Netlify hosts this website and stores contact, booking, and artist submissions. Like any web host, Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site and keep it secure.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.

To follow up on booking requests. Blues & Bluegrass is run by West Talent Group, a booking and management agency, and booking requests go straight to them.
To check and add artists you send us. Your email stays private; it's only so we can follow up if we have a question.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you from site to site.

We link to artist, festival, and record label websites, plus Spotify. Once you click away, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
You can ask us to see or delete anything you've sent us. Just use the contact form.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
